Melton Integrated Management & Engineering Solutions - MIME Solutions - was formed in November 2003 by Dr Trish Melton, the Managing Director. The overall portfolio ranges from business management and project management support services to team building, training and organisational review support. MIME is a Management Consultancy focused on the effective solution of business challenges - whether these are related to a specific project or programme of projects, an organisational change programme or an interim business solution. Trish Melton is a dynamic, professional business manager with a strong engineering background, who has worked predominantly within the global process industries. She is a Chartered Chemical Engineer who has worked as a Project Manager and Project Management Consultant within both engineering and non-engineering projects world-wide. Trish has extensive experience of project management, product development, change management and also the regulatory needs of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. She has worked as both a service provider and an end user and uses an innovative approach to the development of appropriate strategies, which considers both technical and business needs whilst meeting Client requirements. Trish has implemented major change programmes which have generated sustainable benefits, and uses lean six sigma principles and tools to support successful and sustainable change. She is also the author of the Project Management Toolkit book series, which guides the reader through each of the key lifecycle stages of a project. Trish is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) - she was the Founder Chair of the Project Management Subject Group (the Voice of PM for IChemE) which networks with other recognised PM institutions, e.g. EPMF, APM, PMI. Trish is also on the IChemE Membership Committee and a member of the IChemE Council. She is a Member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and was on the core team which updated the API Baseline Guide. Trish was the founder chair of the ISPE PM Community of Practice, is a member of the steering committee and lectures on PM, QA risk management and lean manufacturing at ISPE courses and conferences.

- Trish Melton Andrew is an experienced Project Manager who has completed multi-disciplined construction projects on a variety of existing manufacturing facilities. He has worked with corporate and site engineering teams, and with major and smaller engineering contractors. Andrew has validation and QA experience, having completed installation, operational and process qualification on existing and new facilities / processes; as well as a number of general QA activities. Andrew is also a trained lean six sigma Black Belt, using these skills on improvement projects.
